The Harvard Estate

This 119,000 sf residential development features eight elegant townhomes and twenty-four distinctive condominium residences in twin brick buildings, with parking garage below. The structures are designed to respect and fit into the context of the Harvard-Belmont Historic District. The four pairs of townhomes are set apart from each other by distinct brick color blends, classically composed with precast concrete panels and lintels. The 3600 sf luxury units rise three stories, yet are properly scaled in relation to the streetscape through the use of elevated garden gateways, pulled forward as they span over the garage entrances.
