A Master Suite Renovation, within a contemporary flat on the west slope of Queen Anne hill, completely removing any sign of its 1977 origins. The owners requested a full expanse of mirrored walls, flexible lighting, heated tile flooring, glass basins and glass tile accents. The material adjacencies are meticulously detailed, designed to be quiet and calming. Wall, tile and mirror transitions are aligned in the same plane, including base tile, with each material change separated by a simple shadow line reveal. Medicine cabinets are integrated within the mirrored walls. PentalQuartz stone is used for the counters and the jetted tub surround, with panels separated by glass tile accents.
